At The Horror Dome, we want you to be thrilled with your terrifying new look, but if your item isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn apparel and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are free of makeup or theatrical blood stains to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our haunt.
